Pricing and Packages
I'm all about flexibility and therefore offer various options to ensure value for money.
If you're not sure how much support you need maybe start with my pay as you go hourly rate. (Minimum booking 1 hour)
Monthly retainer packages are good if you know you have certain tasks that need doing each month such as reports, database updating, expenses, sending meeting agendas and papers out. If you have a retainer package I guarantee those dedicated hours each month. Plus if you don't use them all you can roll 10% of unused hours into the next month. 30+ hour retainer packages are offered at a discount. (Minimum retainer is 10 hours a month)

By the hour - £35
Pay as you go - a good way to start until you know the regularity of work.
10-hour retainer
£350 a month for 10 hours of guaranteed, dedicated time.
20-hour retainer
£700 a month for 10 hours of guaranteed, dedicated time.
30+ hour retainer
Discounted rate of £34 per hour for agreed number of guaranteed hours a month above 30 hours. eg. 30 hours would be £1,020 representing a £30 monthly saving.
Project quote
For a one off project I can provide a tailored quote. Maybe you need a one off document template designing, a presentation drafting or acting as project manager for a specific project?
Invoicing
Retainers are invoiced in advance at the start of the month with payment required within 7 days.
Hourly rate is invoiced at the end of the month. You'll get a breakdown of time used.
